JESHUA ZAPATA
In 2004, I made one of the most challenging decisions of my life. I left my corporate job.
I didn't have a significant safety net - just three months of savings and a fire in my gut to build something special and create my own path. I knew I was either going to be crashing at my mom's place in Florida... Or I was going to have a hell of a ride learning and growing as I became an entrepreneur.
The first Monday morning, I sat in a small office with two business partners. I knew we had no choice but to become daily growth hunters - taking action every day to become better, to chase our dreams, and to build a business that could survive and scale.
We focused on winning the day... Then the week, the month, the quarter, and the year. And that's how it all started.
Now, 20 years later, after attending a course on public speaking, something in me said - it's time to share the lessons. Not just mine, but the stories of the entrepreneurs we've crossed paths with - people who've scaled their business, built teams, kept growing, and eventually exited.
People who didn't just listen to the call, but they actually built a business with systems that could scale. They built freedom. They build legacy.
